Refund policy
RIGHT OF EXCHANGE AND RETURN
All unused products ordered via distance selling have the full right of exchange and return in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act within 14 days of receiving the products.
Limitations of the right of return in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act:
The product does not have the right of return and/or cancellation, if it is a product or commodity specially manufactured, ordered or modified at the request of the buyer, when the execution of the work has started or the purchase order for the product to be acquired for the customer has been completed. Such products include, for example, ready-made cables, which are manufactured according to the dimensions ordered by the customer. Earbuds are considered hygiene products, so they do not have the right to return.
The return of the product must always be reported in writing in accordance with the EU regulation that entered into force on June 1, 2014, to the address kaspalvelupa@audiokauppa.fi and receive confirmation of the return.
The product must be in perfect condition when returned. Opening the product package should be done with normal caution.
The products to be returned must be packed in such a way that they are not damaged during transport. The product must be returned in its original packaging in such a way that it is fully salable.
With the return, you must send your contact information and account number for the refund. Attach all documents related to the order to the return, and you will speed up the processing of the return. In credit card purchases, the refund amount is returned to the credit card account, in online bank payments to the account from which the purchase was paid.
When the customer returns the product to the store itself, there are no return costs. The customer is responsible for the return costs if the product is returned by mail. When returning by mail, the product must be sent delivered to the address: Audiokauppa Finland Oy, Fredrikinkatu 33, 00120 Helsinki. We do not collect returns from the post office, and therefore do not accept returns sent for collection from the post office. If a partial return of the order results in the value of the final order being less than €100, a small delivery surcharge (€10 or €15) will be deducted from the return, depending on whether the goods were ordered by home delivery or collection from the Post/automation machine.
