IN GENERAL
In the consumer trade, valid consumer protection legislation of Finland and the European Union is followed. These terms and conditions are not valid to the extent that they limit the consumer's rights from what is stipulated in mandatory legislation.
In the sales contract between corporate customers and audiokauppa.fi, the Finnish Commercial Code applies, unless it is stipulated otherwise in these contract terms.
PRODUCTS AND PRICES
The prices of the products displayed in the Audiokauppa.fi online store include VAT and free delivery to the nearest Post office. Screens and large (over 35kg) packages are delivered by Schenker Express home delivery. Some products may also be delivered by Matkahuolto, even though only Posti transport can be selected during the order phase.
Audiokauppa.fi reserves the right to cancel the order due to an obvious price error. In online shopping, a clear price error means that the price of the product deviates clearly and significantly from the correct price of the product
YOU PAY IN THE ONLINE STORE
All domestic online bank payments**, Visa, Visa Electron*, MasterCard* and Eurocard* (credit and debit), American Express, Klarna Tili and advance invoice
*Payments with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards
If you want to pay with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard or American Express, audiokauppa.fi only acts as a marketer of products and services and also delivers the products to the buyer. Paytrail Oyj is responsible for complaints.
Paytrail Oyj acts as the seller of the product for payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, and the transaction is between the customer and Paytrail Oyj.
The seller is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction. Paytrail Oyj is also the recipient of the payment.

**Online banks
The payment brokerage service related to online banking is implemented by Paytrail Oyj in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment.

DATA PROTECTION
Audiokauppa.fi does not store customers' bank, card or personal information.
Audiokauppa.fi's online store payment transactions are handled reliably and securely by Paytrail Oyj or Klarna. All payment information is always transported in a protected SSL-encrypted connection.
Paytrail also does not store any bank, card or personal information of the payer.
WARRANTY AND DEFECT LIABILITY
All new products purchased from the audiokauppa.fi online store have a warranty of at least one year (12 months).
The warranty is determined in accordance with the warranty conditions defined by the manufacturer.
Myinttili products do not have a warranty issued by Audiokauppa Finland Oy.
The customer is obliged to familiarize himself with the product's warranty conditions before using the product.
