Denon DCD-1700NE CD/SACD player
The boldly sculptural Denon DCD-1700NE CD and Super Audio CD player focuses on the essence of music: ultra-precise disc reading and advanced DA conversion guarantee the cleanest signal to be fed to the amplifier. The instrument's signal paths are as short as possible, and the component layout of the circuit boards is planned as precisely as possible. Thanks to technologies such as Advanced AL32 Processing Plus technology and a high-precision D/A converter, you can hear your favorite songs with unprecedented precision. Thanks to Denon's original SVH disc mechanism, you can play CDs and SACDs as well as your own collections from DVD-R/RW discs cleanly and reliably.
Denon's original turntable The discs are loaded and read with Denon's own high-quality SVH (Suppress Vibration Hybrid) mechanism. New, shorter signal paths and precisely designed circuits ensure an interference-free signal. The hybrid structure of the SVH mechanism guarantees the quietest and most stable reading possible, which minimizes the need for error correction. The mechanism's low center of gravity dampens vibrations both inside and outside the structure. By removing excess vibration, the functions required of the servo are minimized. Reducing unnecessary control devices and power consumption enables digital signals to be read from the disc with optimal accuracy.
DAC Master Clock design Thanks to the player's DAC Master Clock design, the player's D/A converter acts as a clock signal generator for the digital circuits so that the circuits operate in perfect synchronization. The clock signal placed in connection with the D/A converter reduces jitter and ensures the best possible accuracy in the D/A conversion. The circuit of the clock signal has also been significantly improved in order to utilize the full potential of the high-quality clock signal. The DCD-1700NE has two separate clock signals, one for each base number of the sampling frequency (44.1 kHz and 48 kHz).
Playback of DSD music files In addition to CD and Super Audio CD discs, the DCD-1700NE is capable of playing DSD (2.8 Mhz / 5.6 MHz) files as well as high-resolution audio files (192 kHz / 24 bit) recorded on DVD-R/RW or DVD+R/RW - to discs. In addition, it is possible to play music files recorded on CD-R/RW discs up to a sampling frequency of 48 kHz.
More than a century of innovations Founded in 1910, Denon has a long heritage of innovation in audio technology. Concentrated investment in product development guarantees that you enjoy the latest technology and high quality every time you listen.
