G Two is a very versatile and compact two-way speaker, designed especially for listening to music, computer use or a home theater environment. Thanks to active speaker technology, G Two can be connected directly to the line-level output connectors of e.g. a computer's sound card, portable mp3 player, home theater amplifier or other audio system.

G Two has a die-cast aluminum Minimum Diffraction Enclosure (MDE™) case developed in collaboration with designer Harri Koskinen, which enables a very large internal volume in relation to the size of the speaker. The molded structure is mechanically strong and acoustically rigid, and the softly rounded corners of the case eliminate reflections caused by the edges of the speaker case.

The G Two also has a Directivity Control Waveguide (DCW™) shaped around the tweeter, which enables a very even frequency response both on and off the listening axis. The long and curved reflex tube ends in an expanding opening behind the speaker, achieving excellent accurate bass reproduction without disturbing flow sounds. Thanks to these solutions, G Two's stereo image accuracy and bass reproduction are exceptionally good compared to the external dimensions of the speaker.
Every Genelec G Two comes standard with an Iso-Pod™ (Isolation Positioner/Decoupler™) table stand. The Iso-Pod™ is an ingenious placement stand that allows you to easily place the speaker in either a vertical or horizontal position. It also makes it possible to easily direct the speaker towards the listener, isolating the speaker both acoustically and mechanically from the surface on which it is placed. The ISS (Intelligent Signal Sensing) feature ensures that power consumption remains as low as possible when the speaker is not in use. After automatically going to Standby mode, the speaker's power consumption is less than 0.5W.

Together with the Genelec F One subwoofer, the G Two forms a great and high-performance stereo speaker combination. If you intend to use the G Two speakers of the surround system, we recommend the F Two subwoofer.
