Revolutionary metamaterial absorption technology eliminates distortion for a purer and more natural sound, while the 12th generation Uni-Q MAT driver produces three-dimensional, wonderfully revealing sound in any room. The built-in amplifiers have been revamped. The tweeter is driven by a 100W Class A/B amplifier, which produces smooth, incredibly detailed reproduction. There is a dedicated 100W Class D amplifier for the midrange, and a 500W Class D amplifier drives the bass drivers. The speaker fills the room with controlled sound and up to 111dB of sound pressure.
