The successor to the popular and award-winning Marantz CD6006 CD player is here. The CD6007 delivers even more amazing sound than its predecessor thanks to more carefully selected components and improved circuit design. A solid double-layer chassis and sturdy legs effectively eliminate unwanted vibrations, while an oversized, low-noise power supply powers the player's digital and analog circuits. It features a top-quality AK4490 DAC with two digital filters that converts digital signals to analog.
The CD player supports almost all types of CD formats and a wide range of file types. In addition, a remote control is included, which can also be used to control the PM6007 amplifier. The CD6007 offers first-class sound quality even from demanding hi-fi headphones thanks to its newly developed, sophisticated headphone amplifier. The headphone amplifier features Marantz's high-quality HDAM-SA2 circuit, separate gain control and auto off feature.
