The Pro-Ject Accu Box S2 is a pure battery power supply specifically for turntables. It works incredibly well with all turntables and turntables (18V/15V 2.5-2.1mm connector required). Using the Accu Box S2 with any of our recommended products will produce a smoother and more spacious sound with better separation and sound image. The sound is cleaner overall and provides a relaxing listening experience with great sounds. The Accu Box S2 uses five cells or rechargeable Li-Pol batteries with a capacity of 2.6 Ah. To protect the batteries, the Accu Box S2 has overcharge, overdischarge and overcurrent protections, ensuring the maximum lifespan of our product. The Accu Box S2 also provides a true ground reference for turntables, eliminating any possible hum. In addition, the Accu Box S2 also offers a 5V USB A output for other products such as DA converters.
