This sleek floorstanding speaker is similar in many ways to the award-winning and acclaimed Imagine T2 speaker, but at a third of the price! A large part of the savings is achieved with a simpler housing structure. By making our production methods more efficient, we are able to bring the previous better performance to a more affordable price range.
Low-reaching, fast and discriminating bass reproduction
Each 6 1/2" bass element is in its own separate bass reflex housing. This avoids the creation of standing waves in a tall and narrow housing. The first reflections from the floor are also distributed over a larger area. The result is a more accurate and smoother bass reproduction.
Our ears are most sensitive to frequencies in the middle range
Imagine X2T is a three-way speaker with a separate midrange in its own housing to achieve the desired directional pattern and low distortion at high volumes. This element is designed specifically for the Imagine X2T loudspeaker. The narrow housing reduces harmful edge reflections.
Titanium skull treble
The one-inch dome tweeter is light and rigid at the same time - the clean reproduction extends well beyond the human hearing range. The ferrofluid-cooled voice coil is capable of high volumes without compression and the neodymium magnet provides high sensitivity.
