ALPINE INE-F904DC "CARAVAN"

The very popular Alpine Halo 9, now also with built-in HEAVY VEHICLE navigation.

INE-F904DC is the third version of the highly popular "Halo 9" player. Available are the iLX-F903D without built-in navigation, the INE-F904D with built-in navigation and now the new INE-F904DC , which includes "heavy equipment" navigation built-in.

The new Alpine "Halo 9 Navi" includes iGo Primo NextGen navigation with TomTom maps of 46 countries, as well as three years of free map updates. You can also use Apple CarPlay or AndroidAuto navigation applications for navigation (e.g. Google Maps or Waze)

The very stylish display with light ambient light lighting creates a "floating" impression on the instrument. Bluetooth Handsfree and audio streaming, USB video playback, RDS and DAB tuners and much, much more. INE-F904DC brings future multimedia features to your car today.

INE-F904DC does not contain any CD / DVD mechanism at all, thanks to which the structure of the player is very graceful. The 9″ WVGA screen protrudes from the dashboard, and the Halo 9 name goes back to the screen's floating structure. The light backlight of the screen emphasizes this "floating in the air" of the large screen.

1-DIN frame – 9″ screen

INE-F904DC has a 1-DIN size body, so the player can be installed in any car with a 1-DIN or 2-DIN mounting slot. The 9″ High Resolution touch screen is attached to the body of the player with metal brackets, so the screen sits firmly in place and does not vibrate or wobble while driving.

Edge-to-Edge display

The large 9″ screen is edge-to-edge glass and finished with an elegant chrome frame.

Screen height and angle adjustment

You can adjust the angle of the screen from +45 degrees to -20 degrees, which allows installation in a very large number of vehicles. After adjustment, the screen is locked to the central unit, which ensures that the screen sits firmly in place, and the screen does not sag or twist when you press the touch screen buttons.

The height of the screen can be adjusted +/- 3cm from the center and you can also adjust the depth of the screen by 20mm. After adjustment, the screen is locked firmly in place.

Made for RVs and heavy equipment

INE-F904DC is specially designed for motorhomes, trucks and vehicle combinations. Once you have entered e.g. the external dimensions and weight of your vehicle into the device, these are always taken into account in the navigation, and the navigation does not try to guide you to places where e.g. a motorhome or combination of vehicles is not allowed or is possible to drive to.

During the installation phase, the height and viewing angle of the screen can be adjusted, so INE-F904DC can also be installed in, for example, trucks where the 1-DIN instrument slot is above the windshield.

Pre-installed information about motorhomes

You can choose the type of your motorhome (small, medium, large) or specify the exact dimensions of the vehicle in Alpine's memory. After this, the navigation always includes these measurements in the route calculation and takes into account, for example, the weight and height restrictions of bridges and calculates the route using this information.

Transportation of dangerous goods

If your cargo contains, for example, flammable or toxic gases, these are also taken into account when calculating the routes. In this case, the navigation avoids e.g. city centers or protected areas that do not allow such freight traffic.

TomTom navigation

iGo Primo NextGen navigation uses TomTom maps and the database covers maps of 46 European countries and hundreds of thousands of POIs, such as gas stations, restaurants, shopping centers, etc.
Lane guidance makes grouping easier and watching the navigation on the big screen is very pleasant.

TomTom maps, with three years of free updates

The most important aspect of navigation is its map database. Alpine INE-F904DC contains maps of 46 countries, for which TomTom is responsible. You can update the maps free of charge for three years via alpine.naviextras.com. After free map updates, updates can be obtained through the same site for a fee.

Park4Night inside

INE-F904DC has park4night data built-in. The database covers more than 120,000 destinations in Europe. You can search for a destination on Alpine's screen by category, country or region, or based on your route / destination. NOTE: In addition to campsites, park4night also shows bus parks.
All destinations have clear icons and, for example, opening hours and possible services of the campsite (e.g. WiFi, washing facilities, tank emptying, etc.) and you can see the distance to the destination, user reviews and even photos of the destination.
You can call a destination or start navigation with just one button press. The information is updated annually and the updates cover not only the items but also the updates of all reviews and comments. park4night is pre-installed on INE-F904DC players purchased after 11/2020, and it can be purchased afterwards for older INE-F904DC players.
Note: Halo9 players iLX-F903D and INE-F904D do not support the park4night function.

Cameras

You can also add Alpine's HDR reversing cameras to the INE-F904DC player, which offer top-class image quality in all lighting conditions. The image of the reversing camera appears on the 9″ screen automatically when the car starts to reverse. The INE-F904DC has an Alpine Direct camera connection, so Alpine's MultiView cameras can also be connected to it, so the camera angles can be changed directly from the touch screen.
With the help of a separate CAN bus adapter, it is possible to import e.g. the information of the original reversing sensors from some cars to the Alpine screen. You can select the display of the reversing sensors to also work with the camera image at the same time.

Android Auto*

Android Auto offers a simple and clear user interface and brings the most important information to the INE-F904DC's screen when you connect the phone to the player with a USB cable.
