DragonFly Red is the first DA converter in the world that you can use with an iPad without a separate power supply. You connect the device to the iPad's Lightning output with Apple's USB camera adapter.

Dragonfly Red is connected to the USB bus of a computer, iPad or smartphone, so it bypasses the device's own sound card. At the other end, there is a sound output for a 3.5mm plug to which headphones, active speakers or a separate amplifier can be connected. After this, Dragonfly Red works as a top-class sound card.
