Hertz's Cento CK 165 two-way separate set includes the new C 26 tweeter with a cone made of Tetolon and a 20 mm voice coil, thanks to which it is able to produce an unprecedented accurate and bright treble reproduction in its price category.

A lot of time was spent on the development of the bass element C 165 to find the perfect cone material and as a result of the work SPP-M (Semi Pressed Paper-Mica) was selected as the material to be used, i.e. a semi-pressed paper mixture that is both very stiff and light at the same time, reacting to even the smallest variations in the music signal extremely quickly and dynamically. The CCX 2 divider filter enables fine adjustment of the treble level (0, +3dB), which is useful if the tweeter has to be installed behind the original speaker grills, which will dampen the frequency range reproduced by the treble.

1. The 165 mm (6.5") semi-pressed paper cone is stiffened with Mica powder, thanks to which the element is both stiff and light at the same time.
2. High-density flux-ferrite magnet combined with low-carbon pole plates reduces distortion at high intensities.

3. 25 mm (1") voice coil with aluminum former ensures high power durability and long range of motion.

4. The compact and transparent three-sided body structure, acoustically connected to the rubber cover of the magnet, dampens extra resonances and vibrations.

1. Thanks to the treble level adjustment found in the splitter, the damping caused by the installation location can be compensated for and the timbre can be adjusted to suit each listener's ear.
2. Low-loss capacitors and low-resistance inductances are made of pure copper to make the sound as transparent and clear as possible at high frequencies.

3. The compact distribution filter with metal finish and air vents is suitable for hidden installation, but also stands out in surface installations.
