The Phoenix Golx ZX65CX is a 6.5" coaxial speaker with a reasonable price-quality ratio, which is excellently suitable as a replacement for, for example, the original car speakers.
The ZX65CX is supplied with external crossovers with high-pass filtering for the treble (4.3kHz, 12dB/oct). The speakers can also be used active, and in this case we recommend 4kHz, 6dB steepness as low-pass filtering for the mid.
The midbass has a polypropylene cone with rubber suspension and the tweeter has a fabric cap with a pleasant and stress-free sound.
The connection of external splitters is simple.
You normally bring the speaker wires from the player/amplifier to the Input input, and from the filter the red-black wires go to the mid-bass terminal and the blue-black wires to the treble terminal.
Treble high pass: 4.3kHz, with 12dB pitch.
The speakers come with sturdy metal nets.
