QED Reference Digital AES/EBU XLR 40
The Reference Digital XLR 40 is based on the award-winning Audio 40 range, now also available in Digital AES / EBU format.
Digital XLR 40 is primarily designed with the lowest possible jitter conditions. This has been studied by QED to be one of the most important factors affecting the authenticity of a signal. To eliminate the smallest timing errors in the cable, a special floating Zn / Mn ferrite jacket is used in conjunction with QED's unique 'Tri-Conductor' technology, which reduces the capacitance between signal and ground to vanishingly low levels.
