HDR10+ is not only dynamic video content, but also provides a small amount of metadata between bright and dark scenes to better highlight important details. This allows displays to reproduce images more realistically, adhering to the director's original intention.
Additionally, support for 8K/4K resolutions and higher refresh rates over a single cable ensures seamless integration into the HDMI ecosystem. 4K/120Hz enables the clarity and sharpness of ultra-fast UHD images; giving sports, action movies, high-performance gaming and VR significant benefits. *These features are available via FW update.

Yamaha's High Slew Rate amplifiers promote precise signal transfer, which is particularly suitable for high-resolution audio signals. Yamaha's newly developed circuit technology achieves both fast signal speed and stable signal transfer. Slew Rate: How quickly the amplifier responds to rapid changes in the input signal.
YPAO™
YPAO (Yamaha Parametric room Acoustic Optimizer) analyzes the room acoustics and system, fine-tuning various audio parameters to provide the best possible sound for your space. Simply place the included microphone at your listening position and turn on YPAO, and the system will automatically calibrate to achieve the best possible performance for your home theater space.
CINEMA DSP 3D for movies, music and games
Yamaha's special and unique sound field creation technology was developed by combining data collected from sound fields with digital signal processing. Yamaha collected sound field data from famous concert halls and music clubs around the world, drawing on its extensive experience in concert hall design, speaker systems and mixing. By digitizing this extensive information and incorporating it into special LSI devices, home appliances can effectively recreate concert hall-like environments. Compressed Music Enhancer
When music is converted to a digitally compressed format like MP3, the frequency response is degraded. Yamaha's Compressed Music Enhancer uses sophisticated digital signal processing and algorithms to restore what was lost during signal compression, so your music always sounds as it should.
SCENE shortcuts, easier and faster.
The RXV6A has four SCENE presets. You can set different inputs, sound field programs, Music Enhancement Circuit, HDMI output, and more. You can set the presets for sources such as FM radio and Internet radio stations, music streaming services, USB device, or PC. Make a setting and hold down the SCENE button for a moment, the setting will be stored behind the preset button.
Control easily with the MusicCast control app
Use the MusicCast app on your smartphone or tablet to control and operate the RX-V4A. You can use the app to control multiple MusicCast products and share music between devices wirelessly.
