Maximizing cooling and minimizing the physical size of the devices continued with circuit board design. The locations of the components on the circuit board are carefully selected in order to achieve the smallest possible physical size of the amplifier and efficient cooling of the components.
Twice as much copper has been used in the circuit board compared to a standard car amplifier circuit board.
Three years have been spent selecting and testing the components of the AI-Sonic S2 amplifiers. By testing and auditioning numerous different parts and combinations of parts, the parts that form the best possible whole in their price category have been found.
All parts of AI-Sonic amplifiers are slightly oversized in relation to the power of the amplifier. Double power sources are used in larger models. Note! The level remote only works when the LPF is on. The level control also has indicators for power, clip and noise status.
