The HCE-C2600FD is a 2018 novelty camera that uses advanced HDR technology. Compared to a traditional camera, the Alpine HCE-C2600FD offers very good image quality, even if the lighting conditions are challenging.
In a traditional camera, the bright areas of the image are easily burned out or, alternatively, the shadow areas remain black. HDR technology (High Dynamic Range) balances these differences and the end result is a really clear picture behind the car.

The Alpine front camera makes it easier, for example, to park in a pocket park.

The front camera offers a clear view when driving, for example, from a gate corridor or yard to the driveway.
The HCE-C2600RD is a front-facing camera that is equipped with a change of viewing angles and you can choose the most suitable one from three different options (Top view, Angle, Panorama). Viewing angles are changed directly from the touch screen of the Alpine player.
Selectable viewing angles:

Image view: Top

Image view: Corner

If your player does not have an Alpine Direct camera connection, you can still add two HDR Multiview cameras to the player with the help of a separate KCX-C2600B adapter.
