Multimedia player, with all the goodies
The Alpine iLX-702D was one of our best-selling multimedia players for several years, and for good reason. Now it was replaced by the iLX-705D, which has been updated with numerous new features, such as wireless Apple CarPlay, a high-definition WXGA screen, an even more elegant user interface, and two USB and camera connections.
From this, we tailor a model that integrates perfectly with the Mercedes Benz Sprinter 2006 – 2018 and you get all the multimedia features of today in your car.
The Alpine iLX-705D-Sprinter belongs to the same product family as the new generation of Halo players, including a Class D amplifier as the first car player in the world.

7″ WXGA screen
The Alpine iLX-705D-Sprinter has a 1280 x 720p (WXGA) resolution, which means the screen has more than 2.7 million pixels. Thanks to this, all icons, menus and, for example, navigation map information are displayed really sharp and clear. iLX-705D-Sprinter contains Alpine's best 7" screen ever.

Wireless Apple CarPlay
The iLX-705D-Sprinter works wirelessly with the iPhone and you can, among other things, receive and make calls, dictate messages using Siri and use, for example, Google Maps, Apple's Maps application, WhatsApp or Spotify streaming while the phone is in your pocket.
You can easily use Siri by pressing the player's voice control button once.

Two USB inputs
The Alpine iLX-705D-Sprinter does not contain a CD/DVD drive, but thanks to the two USB connections, you can, for example, charge your phone through one connector, and the other connector can hold a USB stick or hard drive from which you play music and video files.

Android Auto
Android Auto enables the use of many applications on the phone directly from the screen of the iLX-705D-Sprinter. You just connect your phone to the player with a USB cable and all Android Auto applications are immediately available. You can use your own favorite applications for navigation, such as Google Maps, Waze or Sygic, and you can play music via, for example, Spotify, Deezer or e.g. Amazon Music.

The world's first car stereo with a class D amplifier
The Alpine iLX-705D/-F905D/-F115D are the world's first car retrofits with a built-in 4 x 50W Class D amplifier. The advantage of class D is an incredibly good efficiency (about 90%) compared to the efficiency of a class AB amplifier (about 50-70%). New and almost silent high-speed fans keep the player cool.

Pioneer in sound quality
Alpine's sound quality has become a concept that other instrument brands are always compared to.
A 56-band parametric equalizer, two-way crossover filters, six-channel digital delay controls, and separate Bass Engine SQ and MediaXpander allow you to adjust the sound exactly the way you want it.
And it didn't end there, because the iLX-705D-Sprinter is Hi-Res Audio certified and the player is able to play 96kHZ / 1.536 kbps lossless files from USB in FLAC, WAV and APE formats.

The TIDAL app
Alpine ILX-705D / ILX-F905D / ILX-F115D are the world's first retrofit car stereos that enable streaming completely uncompressed music from TIDAL. With Alpine, a WiFi connection is created to e.g. the phone's hotspot, after which Alpine is directly connected to TIDAL's servers. The music is not compressed or compressed at any point and you get the best possible sound quality!
When the phone's hotspot and TIDAL are active, Apple CarPlay exceptionally requires the phone to be connected to the player with a USB cable.
The TIDAL application requires updating the player's software to version 2.0.000

Entertainment on the big screen
In addition to the traditional RDS tuner, you also have a digital DAB radio and the option to play video files (MP4, MOV, FLV, MKV) via the USB connection. Bluetooth, on the other hand, allows you to play music from your phone and make hands-free calls, and you can bring images and sound from an external device to the HDMI input.

Camera management
A reversing camera is a piece of equipment that we recommend for every car. The image from the camera appears on the player's 7″ screen automatically, when the reverse gear is switched on. The camera's guidance lines can be adjusted according to the dimensions of your car, making reversing and understanding distances even easier.
If your car already has a reversing camera, it is also possible to connect it to the Alpine ILX-705D-Sprinter player, with separately sold adapters.

Alpine ILX-705D-Sprinter contains two Alpine Direct camera inputs, so you can connect e.g. Alpine HCE-C2100RD reversing camera and HCE-C2600FD front camera to the player. You can change the angles of these Multiview cameras directly from Alpine's touch screen.

Original steering wheel buttons
If your car is equipped with steering wheel buttons, these also work with Alpine. Among other things, you can change songs and adjust the volume without taking your hands off the wheel.
