Perfect integration into your car
The iLX-F115D-VWT6 is an XXL size 11″ WXGA touch screen player made for Transporter T5 Facelift (2009 – 2015) and Transporter T6 (2015 – 2019) models.
The iLX-F115D-VWT6 fits the car's dashboard perfectly and the player also supports the car's original steering wheel buttons and brings all today's multimedia features to the car.

Supports the car's original reversing camera and radar
iLX-F115D-VWT6 supports your car's original parking radar and original reversing camera*.
If you wish, you can also get the views of the reversing camera and radar on the screen at the same time. If the car doesn't have a reversing camera, Alpine's selection includes cameras for both the front and the back .

Original steering wheel buttons
Your car's original steering wheel buttons also work with the iLX-F115D-VWT6. You can perform basic functions without taking your hands off the wheel, such as muting the player, changing e.g. the program source or radio channel, adjusting the volume and accepting and rejecting calls.
If you use an iPhone, you can also activate Siri with one key press.

MFD display
The iLX-F115D-VWT6 also supports the car's MFD display in the instrument cluster. You can see, for example, the name of the radio channel, song information, etc., just like on the original player.

In some cars, the function may require the MFD display to be activated at a VW service.

Air conditioner display
If the car's original player showed the symbols of the air conditioner, these are displayed even more elegantly and clearly on the Alpine's screen. When you adjust the air conditioning in your VW Transporter, Alpine displays, among other things, the driver's and passenger's side temperatures, information about the seat heaters, and the blower strength.
The information comes on the screen automatically for a few seconds when any setting of the air conditioner is changed.

Wireless Apple CarPlay
The iLX-F115D-VWT6 works wirelessly with the iPhone and you can, among other things, receive and make calls, dictate messages using Siri and use, for example, Google Maps, Apple's Maps application or Spotify streaming while the phone is in your pocket.

The Alpine Halo11 has a 1280 x 720p (WXGA) resolution and the icons, menus and details on the screen are very clear and precise.

Two USB inputs
The Alpine Halo11 does not contain a CD/DVD drive, but thanks to the two USB connections, you can, for example, charge your phone through one connector, and the other connector can hold a USB stick or hard drive from which you play music and video files.

Angle, depth and height adjustment
When installing the iLX-F115D-VWT6 on the dashboard, there are several different installation options. The depth adjustment of the screen has two positions and there are five different height options. The tilt angle of the screen can be turned steplessly, and unlike the first generation Halo player, the screen tilt can also be adjusted after installing the player.

The world's first car stereo with a class D amplifier
The Alpine iLX-F115D-VWT6 is the world's first retrofit car stereo with a built-in 4 x 50W Class D amplifier. The advantage of class D is an incredibly good efficiency (about 90%) compared to the efficiency of a class AB amplifier (about 50-70%). New and almost silent high-speed fans keep the player cool.

Pioneer in sound quality
Alpine's sound quality has become a concept that other instrument brands are always compared to.
A 56-band parametric equalizer, two-way crossover filters, six-channel digital delay controls, and separate Bass Engine SQ and MediaXpander allow you to adjust the sound exactly the way you want it.
And it didn't stop there, because iLX-F115D-VWT6 is Hi-Res Audio certified and the player is able to play 96kHZ / 1.536 kbps lossless files from USB in FLAC, WAV and APE formats.

The TIDAL app
Alpine iLX-705D / iLX-F905D / i LX-F115D are the world's first retrofit car players , which enable completely uncompressed music streaming from TIDAL. With Alpine, a WiFi connection is created to e.g. the phone's hotspot, after which Alpine is directly connected to TIDAL's servers. The music is not compressed or compressed at any point and you get the best possible sound quality!
When the phone's hotspot and TIDAL are active, Apple CarPlay exceptionally requires the phone to be connected to the player with a USB cable.
The TIDAL application requires updating the player's software to version 2.0.000

Pre-Flight Check
For touring and camping car use, Alpine can remind when starting off that, for example, the car's gas taps are closed, all the necessary doors are closed, the car's outriggers are removed, etc.
You can choose the settings for your own car yourself or disable these reminders completely.
