The buttons at the bottom of the screen of Alpine's new Halo9 and Halo11 players are very elegant and respond to touch with just the right sensitivity. However, many people want a rotating volume knob that is easy and comfortable to use while driving, without taking their eyes off the traffic for a moment.
Easy management
The optional RUE-BK01 provides quick and easy access to volume control, with Alpine's second generation Halo players. The controller works with Bluetooth and can be paired with ILX-F905D, ILX-F115D and ILX-705D players.
Different installation options
The Alpine RUE-BK01 is easy to install on either side of the Halo player.
Everything you need is included
The RUE-BK01 controller comes with a decent metal bracket and all the necessary screws. The metal mounting plate attaches securely to the back of the Halo screen.
No wires, no mess
The volume control works with Bluetooth, and its use does not require running wires around the dashboard. When Apple CarPlay is wirelessly enabled, the volume knob cannot be used at the same time, because Apple CarPlay's commands are handled via Bluetooth.
Camera view, with one press
When you press the volume button, you can see the image of the reversing or front camera. This function is especially convenient in motorhomes, for example, when you want to see behind the car while driving.
Freedom of installation
The controller does not have to be attached to the Halo screen, but you can, for example, use velcro to install the controller on the dashboard, cup holder or, for example, the center console.
