Description
BLAM 100 MNS is a separate Plug / Play series made for Mercedes Benz and Tesla.
The speakers fit directly into C -, E -, S - and GLC Mersui and Tesla Model 3 .
The 4″ (100mm) midrange/midbass has a fiberglass cone, rubber suspension and a very powerful neodymium magnet. The body of the element is glass fiber reinforced composite. The speaker fits directly in place of the original Mercedes and Tesla speaker, and installation does not require any changes to the car's speaker locations. In the case of Tesla, the connectors have to be changed.
As a tweeter , the 100 MNC has a sound-free 25mm fabric dome tweeter and a high-pass filter (6dB/oct) is integrated into the speaker cable.
The connectors fit directly into Mercedes' original connectors, and no changes need to be made to the car's wiring or structures. If the car does not have factory-installed tweeters, then there will be no wires to the tweeter slot either. The BLAM 100 MNS series comes with Y-cables with which the tweeter can be installed in these cars as well.
In the case of Tesla, the connectors have to be modified.
