Midbass with a new body
BLAM 130 RFS is the December 2023 updated version of the popular 130RS separate series. The playback range of the new RFS version has been increased compared to the previous model (80Hz – 28kHz).
The completely renewed composite frame also contains a renewed, stronger connector terminal than before, and the element can be installed in more and more cars, thanks to the reduced installation depth.
Trebles
The trebles of the separate series are fabric dome tweeters, which come with the cups required for flush installation. When the mounting adapters are removed from the tweeter, the physical size of the element is really small and the speaker can be installed in many cars instead of the car's original tweeter.
Distribution filters with level control
The splitter is really small and is integrated into the tweeter cable. This makes installation easier, especially when the midbass is installed in the door and the treble is placed on the dashboard. It is possible to enable -3dB damping for the treble from the splitter.
The 130 RFS is very suitable for the car's original sound system, and thanks to its high sensitivity and two ohm impedance, there is no need for a separate amplifier.
