In Edge A, a step forward was achieved by using opposing toroidal transformers. This eliminates electromagnetic interference while providing excellent power and maintaining consistent tone. Using traditional Class A amplifier technology is not powerful enough for the Edge A. Instead, we increased the bias voltage to the level of a traditional class AB amplifier. This unique configuration produces less heat and makes the whole system much more efficient.
