The considerably oversized composite dust cup stiffens the cone and the sturdy cast frame the structure of the entire element. The ventilation of the voice coil ensures that this sturdy package also cools down properly even during longer playing sessions.
This element uses an ESP structure ( Evolution Subwoofer Performance ) which includes, among other things, lower suspensions with a larger diameter, a body with the depth required by the movement path, and an upper suspension and cone structure that differs from normal model series. ESP elements are built to achieve maximum performance in their size class.
