With the new A-revision of the LE-500 series, the front panels of the cabinets are now made of plywood and the subwoofers have been updated to E-series. The driver inside this cabinet is the 508e-D2.
The width of the housing has been reduced to make it even better suited to tight installation spaces. With the A revision, the width of the housing is now only 46 cm (old housing 60.9 cm).
The robust new generation of DD Audio ready-made enclosures offer unprecedented sound quality, sound pressure and an extremely stylish appearance!
The tuning frequency of the enclosures is sufficient to play even low frequencies.
The new housings have a durable metal protective grille that prevents impacts to the element in the trunk of a car.
On the side of the case there is a well-flowing port and pressure terminals. The case's tuning frequency: 35Hz.
The cases are made of durable 19mm MDF board (front panel plywood).
