The Echomaster MON-50-DM is a five-inch 16:9 widescreen monitor with one input for video and one for the reversing camera. The image of the reversing camera is displayed automatically when the reverse gear is switched on.
The monitor can be installed with the included foot on the dashboard or alternatively with a suction cup holder on the window. In the suction cup holder, the viewing angle of the screen can be adjusted vertically and laterally. The foot mount has a vertical adjustment option.
Connecting the MON-50-DM is easy. In addition to +12V and grounding, you just connect the reversing camera with an RCA cable and bring control information from the reversing light to the screen.
The screen comes with a separate glare shield, which improves the readability of the screen in sunlight.
