A couple of decades of experience with the products of other high-quality speaker manufacturers helped me understand how even small details have a big impact on the end result.
2017 - testing and finishing.
Product development had progressed so far that a Raw version of the final product existed. A car equipped with these speakers participated in the EMMA (European Mobile Media Association) car hi-fi competitions in the Master OEM category. The result was the Finnish Championship. During the rest of the year, the details of the speaker were refined and the product was more finished and ready for production. The effort towards the best possible result in its price category resulted in a speaker called Four Audio SW8-BMW.
2018 - towards the best.
The excellent speaker was now ready for production and the next step was taken based on it. Towards the best. The frame, cone and upper suspension, which are found to be the best on the market, are the same as the Four Audio SW8-BMW speaker. To achieve an even better force coefficient and cone control, the magnet was changed to a double magnet. An even lower-reaching bass reproduction was achieved with improvements to the bottom compression. Lower-reaching repetition requires more range of motion and power duration. These properties were obtained by changes made to the voice coil. This is how the AI Sonic BMW-SW8 was completed.

This speaker is not suitable directly for BMW Top Hifi (Harman/Kardon, Logic7, HiFi System Professional DSP and other names) systems with equipment codes S688A/S677A/S752A. The reason is that these amplifiers cannot withstand a 2 ohm load like the S676A and S674A amplifiers of the HiFi package and the player alone can.
