Alpine Status is capable of playing music up to 192kHz/24bit quality, which is available from various online services and streaming platforms.

Hi-Res Audio DSP Amplifier
The HDP-D90 Alpine Status is a 12-channel Hi-Res Audio certified amplifier and one of Alpine's most versatile products ever. You can connect the amplifier to the Alpine Status HDS-990 media player or use the amplifier as a stand-alone product or with any retrofitted player or the car's original player. Thanks to numerous different input and output connections, the HDP-D90 is suitable for all active and passive systems.

12 channel inputs
One of the most interesting features of the amplifier is the 12-channel speaker-level inputs with Matrix Input summation. This makes it possible to install the HDP-D90 amplifier in a wide variety of cars and even after the car's factory-installed multi-channel equipment, and you can build exactly the equipment you want after the amplifier. And you won't lose, for example, the car's original navigation player, or if the car navigation system is the kind of player that controls so many of the car's own settings that the player cannot be changed from the car in any way.
The amplifier also has two-channel RCA inputs, an optical TOSLINK input, a coaxial digital input and Bluetooth, which has its own BT receiver.

RCA and speaker outputs
You can use the DSP amplifier as a processor only, in which case you connect external amplifiers to the HDP-D90 RCA outputs (10 pcs), or alternatively you can use the HDP-D90's built-in 12-channel amplifier.
The amplifier offers 8 x 50W + 4 x 80W into a four ohm load and you can bridge the 80W channels to get 2 x 160W from these outputs.

Top-class adjustment possibilities
The control of the amplifier takes place with a clear adjustment software, from which you can also choose the most common preset input/output combinations, which makes adjustment easier. Each channel has its own 31-band parametric corrector, three-way crossover filters and digital time delay controls.
The user interface is clear and you can see all the settings at a glance.

Complete Alpine Status hardware
All components of the Alpine Status collection are made purely with sound quality conditions and the best possible listening pleasure in mind. Unlike the F#1 Status collection, all components of Alpine Status can be purchased separately.

Matrix Input
The HDP-D90 enables you to connect different inputs and transform them into channels of your choice. When your car stereo has a certain number of channels, you can use the HDP-D90 to build a completely unique system, regardless of the number of inputs.

Top sound quality
Operational amplifiers play a key role in guaranteeing the power and sound quality of analog circuits. These circuits are used everywhere in analog signal processing and ensure Alpine's world-renowned sound quality. The HDP-D90 includes the Japanese MUSES8820 operational amplifiers, which are undoubtedly the best on the market.

The HDP-D90 is capable of 192kHz/32bit sampling frequency and ultra-wide playback from ten hertz to one hundred kilohertz (10Hz – 110kHz)!
Among other things, the copper-coated body increases the amplifier's signal-to-noise ratio to over 110dB, and the playback is not disturbed by any disturbances or distortions.
The "Master Clock Management System" used in the Alpine F#1 Status has also been an inspiration in the Alpine Status HDP-D90 and it contains an infinitely accurate Crystal Oscillator Clock Generator, which can target possible timing errors in digital information and makes playback extremely accurate.

Bluetooth music streaming
If you use the HDP-D90 DSP amplifier as a stand-alone device (without the HDS-990 media player) and want to stream music via Bluetooth, you can connect the supplied BT receiver to the amplifier. The Plug & Play installed receiver offers a range of about ten meters to the phone.

Separate controller
RUX-C810 is a separate controller to be connected to a DSP amplifier.
The controller facilitates the use of the amplifier when the HDP-D90 is used as its own Stand alone product. From the controller, you can adjust the volume, change the program source and change the pre-saved settings. The controller has a compact size and is easy to install, e.g. on a car's dashboard.

Alpine Status can play music at up to 192kHz/24bit quality, which uses more than six times the amount of data compared to a traditional CD or streaming service.
