ACO Thanks to the ACO Platform (ACO = Advanced 32 Bit CoProcessor), the device is extremely fast and efficient.
ISA & InputEQ
The Helix DSP.3S model has ISA (Input Signal Analyzer) and InputEQ, i.e. input signal measurement and equalizer. ISA measures the frequency response of the incoming signal and InputEQ is a channel-specific 5-channel parameter corrector that corrects possible distortions of the frequency response of the incoming signal. This provides a decent starting point for the best possible sound reproduction.
Signal Input The signal can be brought in as speaker level, line level, optical or with the help of the Helix HEC module sold as an accessory via Bluetooth or HD level with a USB cable.
Powerful processor The speed of the processor is a very important feature when adjusting the audio system. The slower the processor is, the more the dynamics slows down when adjusting the equalization or dividing slopes. This processor has the latest technology 64-bit 295Mhz processor with a speed of 1.2 billion calculations per second.
Autostart
High Level Input has the most advanced Autostart function on the market, with an adjustable switch-off delay of 10-300 seconds. The device starts up only after detecting the correct speaker signal, does not react to start-up bangs or other disturbances. Like Audiotec Fischer's other plug&play devices, an ideal product for radios implemented with a CAN bus, where the radio may be on for up to 40 minutes after the doors are locked.
8 channels With this device you can make all the divisions of a 4-way system and the delays of each element. Or active 2-way front end, subwoofer and rear speakers. Or any combination. There are 8 channels in use, the characteristics of which can be defined for each channel yourself.
Helix HEC modules The Helix HEC Bluetooth, Helix HEC HD-Audio USB, Helix HEC AUX IN or Helix HEC OPTICAL IN module that can be installed inside the device is also available for this model.
