The completely redesigned 90° x 90° Tractrix horn of the Klipsch R-50M bookshelf speakers raises the bar for sound reproduction to a new level. Horn technology produces a powerful, detailed and full-bodied live sound experience with the purest and most natural sound possible. The larger outer dimension of the horn enables directivity control in a wider frequency range. This leads to better directivity of high frequencies and an even more accurate sound field.
The elements are a Klipsch 1" aluminum tweeter in a Tractrix horn and a 5.25" TCP bass element made of spun copper.
The streamlined R-50M features finished details and a magnetic front grill that give the speaker a clean, modern look. The high-quality MDF construction with renewed internal support reduces frame vibration for less coloration and better sound accuracy.
