BLAM 165R3 is a three-way set from the Relax collection, consisting of 6.5″ midbasses, 3″ midranges, and 20mm fabric dome tweeters.
The three-way set can be used to raise the stereo image higher, as the midbasses only reproduce the lowest frequencies and the midrange has its own elements. As is known from the rest of the Relax collection, the 165R3 also has a very high sensitivity (95dB) and since it is a set with a two-ohm load, the set works great even behind the car's factory-installed music system, without separate amplifiers.
Easy installation is one of the cornerstones of the Relax range, and the 165R3 series also features very compact crossovers for each driver. Compared to one large crossover, this makes installation much easier when the midbasses are mounted, for example, in a door and the tweeters and midranges are mounted on the dashboard or A-pillars.
