The Q5 features a top-loading CD mechanism made from CNC-machined aluminum – ensuring durability and a stylish appearance.
At the heart of the device is a state-of-the-art ESS ES9028PRO 8-channel DAC, which dedicates four channels to each channel (left/right) for precise digital-to-analog conversion. This enables exceptional sound quality with minimal distortion.
Fully balanced circuitry and dual toroidal transformers minimize distortion and noise, delivering pure CD-quality sound every time. The Q5 also supports 32-bit/384kHz PC-USB playback (MQA and DSD 4x), as well as 24-bit/192kHz optical and coaxial inputs – offering versatility for your digital sources.
The front panel features a full-color TFT display that displays CD cover art, adding a visual experience to your listening experience.
The included Michi remote control, RS232 and Ethernet ports allow for seamless integration into the most popular automation systems.
