Phoenix Gold ZDSKV3 is a 165mm (6.5″) separate kit that fits directly into several different Volvo models.
The separate set features Phoenix Gold's ZX65C midbass, which have a metal body, polypropylene cone and rubber top suspension. The midbass comes with speaker adapters suitable for Volvo, with which the speaker fits the car door perfectly.
The ZDSKV3 separate set has Phoenix Gold ZX1TC fabric dome tweeters and soft foam rings for these, with which the tweeters are installed instead of Volvo's original tweeter.
Each element has its own distribution filter, which makes installation easier. The distribution filters have connectors that fit directly into Volvo's original speaker connector, and the wires at the other end of the filter fit directly into the Phoenix Gold elements. Installing the kit does not require cutting or modifying the car's original wiring.
There are high-pass 4kHz, 12dB/oct high-pass filters for treble and 4kHz, 6dB/oct for mid-bass. low pass filters.
