Description
The ZDSV1 is a top-of-the-line three-way stand-alone kit that is made to fit directly in place of many different Volvo original front speakers.
Replacing Volvo's original speakers with Phoenix Gold's triple set does not require modifications to the car's structures or wiring, as the speakers fit directly in place of the original speakers.
The separate set comes with the necessary crossover filters for mid-bass and mid-range elements. The tweeters have a crossover filter integrated into the speaker body.
The 6.5″ midbass has a sturdy 13oz magnet, a reinforced plastic body, a rubber top suspension and a pressed paper pulp cone. The speaker naturally and effortlessly reproduces its entire frequency range and brings kick and dynamics to the bass side.

The 4″ midrange drivers of the separate series have a neodymium magnet, an inch voice coil, a plastic molded body and a multi-layer composite cone. The speaker naturally and effortlessly reproduces its entire frequency range and improves the reproduction of the middle range to a much more pleasant, compared to the car's factory-installed speakers.

The tweeter in the series is the Phoenix Gold ZDSV25T, which has a 25mm titanium dome and is a direct replacement for the original tweeter. With the Phoenix Gold tweeters, you get more resolution and precision for the top end reproduction.
