Description
Phoenix Gold ZDSV65 is a 165mm (6.5″) separate kit that fits directly into Volvo FH and FM trucks.
The separate set includes Phoenix Gold's ZX65C midbass, which have a metal body, polypropylene cone and rubber top suspension, and ZX1TC fabric dome tweeters. The same mid-bass and tweeters are used in Phoenix Gold's very popular Volvo " passenger car series ".
Each element has its own distribution filter, which makes installation easier. The distribution filters have connectors that fit directly into Volvo's original speaker connector, and the wires at the other end of the filter fit directly into the Phoenix Gold elements. Installing the kit does not require cutting or modifying the car's original wiring.
There are high-pass 4kHz, 12dB/oct high-pass filters for treble and 4kHz, 6dB/oct for mid-bass. low pass filters.
The midbass and treble are installed on the mounting collar of the car's original speaker.
