The Ruark Audio BackPack III converts the R1 Deluxe table radio or MR1 wireless speakers into portable devices that can easily be placed anywhere or taken with you. Speakers that are disconnected from the mains can therefore be placed in e.g. the bathroom, on the terrace or taken with them to, say, the beach. More than 12 hours of usage time is perfectly sufficient for longer listening sessions. In addition, even when connected to the mains, this battery system can ensure that extra current spikes do not form to hinder the listening experience.
