S60 / V70 2000 – 2004 2-DIN player installation kit

2-DIN player mounting kit.

With this kit, you can install a 2-DIN player in your car. The kit includes a steering wheel remote control adapter that allows your car's original steering wheel buttons to work with the aftermarket player (check the features of your player for this function).

Included in the package:

• 2-DIN plastic frame
• Antenna adapter
• Steering wheel remote control adapter
• Instrument-specific Multilead for e.g. Alpine, Kenwood, Pioneer instruments.

Compatible cars:

• S60 2000 – 2004
• V70 2000 – 2004

The kit only fits Volvos before the 2005-> facelift model, which do NOT have a silver colored plastic frame around the original instrument.

The installation kit is suitable for cars with HU-6** and HU-8** players. The model of the original player can be found in the lower right corner of the front plate of the player.

Note

• If the car has a factory-installed reversing camera, this will be disabled when the player is replaced. If you want the reversing radar to remain in use, contact your dealer.
• If the car has a factory-installed amplifier, an AH-Active-Vol1 adapter is needed.
• If the car has a factory-installed CD changer, this will be disabled when the player is replaced.
