MiND 2 is the second generation of the MOON smart network device. In addition to all the features of the original MiND, MiND 2 is Roon Ready, offers synchronized multi-room playback and streams MQA audio files (requires MQA DAC for full MQA decoding).
Compatibility
MiND's control center is MOON's own application that works on iPad, iPhone and Android devices. Not only does MiND 2 enable you to access, browse and play your music (from a computer, NAS, mobile devices and various internet-based music services), it also guarantees you easy-to-use control of the MOON Hi-Fi system. This is what streaming music is all about!
Easy connectivity
MiND 2 transmits a digital audio signal (Toslink, SPDIF, AES / EBU) that allows any DAC to reach its maximum audio potential. Bluetooth aptX audio support provides easy connection to your wireless devices.
SimLink
SimLink connectivity allows control of any MOON system equipped with SimLink, making it easy to use without an IR remote control. The MOON MiND Controller app can adjust the actual volume of the MOON system instead of the more common digital attenuation method. This preserves the true fidelity of the music at any volume setting.
